With decades of experience spanning nonprofit leadership, fundraising, marketing, strategic planning, community relations and tourism, Stacy brings a perspective to the company that extends well beyond the day-to-day operations of a real estate firm. Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of people, organizations and communities, helping build relationships, strengthen brands and create experiences that leave a lasting impression.

At SumnerBaird | SeaGlass, Stacy oversees business operations while helping shape the systems, culture and client experience that support the company’s continued growth. She works closely with the firm’s advisors, leadership and partners to keep teams connected, operations organized and the details behind every client interaction aligned with the standards of the SumnerBaird | SeaGlass brand.

Her role also draws naturally on a long history of community involvement and service. Stacy has held leadership positions with organizations focused on philanthropy, education, children and families, community development and tourism. She currently serves as Chair of the Washington Tourism Development Authority, continuing her commitment to strengthening the communities of Eastern North Carolina and helping tell the stories that make them distinctive.

That combination of business experience and community leadership shapes how Stacy approaches real estate.
