This second level, ready to move in condo, is a jewel of its own. Hampton Place is a highly desirable condo community; the location is enviable. Within minutes of the main hospital and surrounding medical doctors/facilities, Hampton Place is also within minutes of numerous grocery stores (PUBLIX is just across the street), major banks, pharmacies, restaurants, and most everything else you might need. Plus, an excellent school district and close to UNCW university. AMD-so important for our beautiful town and county-minutes from Wrightsville Beach, and Carolina and Kure Beaches just across Snows Cut Budge. This unit has been dressed up and ready for new loving owners: all new kitchen cabinets with QUARTZ countertops, new cabinets in both full-size bathrooms, new paint job throughout, new high grade LVP floor panels throughout. Covered balcony at back is a shady quiet spot to enjoy your coffee in the morning, or your cocktail in the evening. There is a storage closet on the balcony. Hampton Place also has a lovely community pool to enjoy in the warmer months. This unit is a wonderful opportunity to have a really good rental unit or to enjoy as your personal home, OR as your "getaway" from life's sometimes hectic life.
