Build the custom coastal home you've been dreaming of at 1762 Oyster Harbor Parkway, in the gated community of Oyster Harbor. The neighborhood is known for its custom homes and is set on the Shallotte River Estuary. This large homesite is shaded by mature oaks and backs up to salt marsh and a quiet tidal creek, so you get views of the marsh and plenty of privacy. Boaters will love the community boat ramp with Intracoastal Waterway access. From the ramp, it's about a 5-minute ride to Shallotte Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean for easy offshore and nearshore fishing. There's also RV and boat storage for all your gear. Anglers can launch a kayak from the community dock and fish for red drum, speckled trout and flounder right in the neighborhood. Owners also enjoy a clubhouse, a pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and walking trails through the trees. Oyster Harbor sits on the mainland side of Holden Beach at the west end. Holden Beach is a classic family beach with a small-town feel and no high-rises or crowded boardwalks, just wide beaches and an easygoing pace. The lot next door at 1764 is also for sale, so you can buy both for a larger estate.
