Enjoy living in the quaint village of Oriental. Even our photographer congratulated our seller for the beautiful layout and exquisite decor in the story and a half dream of a home. Enter the home to a welcoming foyer that extends into a casual living room with comfortable seating and a wood stove to make cold nights fade into cozy warmth. Three bedrooms are all located on the first floor with one currently being appointed as an office. Check out the customer wood staircase to the second floor loft, a wonder in its perfect corner setting. Before leaving the first floor take a little time to wonder through the kitchen with its full suite of Kitchen Aid Appliances, and custom cabinets with granite counter tops by Creekside Cabinets. The second floor loft provides access to a second small office, game room (ping pong) and media room with access to a third bathroom. As you stroll around the exterior of this more than .7 acre lot, be sure to notice the fully fenced back yard with black chain link in place to keep your kids or pets safe. The newest exterior addition is a single bay detached garage which currently houses the owners sail boat. Don't miss the ''outhouse'' that has been cleverly converted to garden shed. Look forward to nothing but fun as you take up residence in the sailing capital of North Carolina.
